Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

TruTeen does not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange or replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if a product arrives damaged or defective.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Photo or video proof of the damage or defect may be required.

Once an exchange or replacement is approved, the replacement product will typically be dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
