At TruTeen, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds

TruTeen does not accept returns and does not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed.

All purchases are final, except where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

If your TruTeen order arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange or replacement:

  • Contact TruTeen within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photo or video proof of the damaged or defective product may be required.
  • The product may need to be returned in its original packaging for inspection and approval.

Once the exchange or replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The replacement will typically be delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, but replacements will generally reach customers within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

TruTeen does not provide refunds, including refunds to the original payment method.

If an order is approved for a replacement due to damage or defect, only a replacement product will be provided, subject to the terms above.

Exclusions

Exchange or replacement requests may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Changes of mind or incorrect product selection.
  • Issues that are not related to a manufacturing or delivery-related defect.

TruTeen reserves the right to assess each exchange or replacement request before approving it.
